Responsible for prepping all the food product, cleanliness, and
organization of walk-in, and care of equipment.
Under the direction of Line 1; Line 3 heats tortilla, fries fish, taquito, and
churrose, and cooks machaca and chorizo.
Under the direction of Line 1; Line 2 works the condiment table, wraps
the food, and keeps the condiment table stocked and the area clean.
Works alongside Line 2; responsibilities are mainly the wrapping of food
to help expedite the food more quickly. This position is implemented
during peak hours.
The “Quarterback”—sets the pace in the kitchen, reads the ticket, works
the steam table, and gives direction to Line 2 and Line 3. Line 1 is directly
responsible for how smooth the shift goes. He or she is the leader.
Responsible for bagging orders correctly and putting out orders.
Responsible for restaurant cleanliness. Restocks throughout the day.
Always says “thank you” to customers. Must wear the tag provided by
the company.
Greets the customer, takes the order, and cashiers throughout the day.
Responsible for the cash drawer. Keeps area clean and, along with the
expediter, helps clean the dining area. If there is time, helps put out
orders. Must wear the name tag provided by the company.
Responsible for upholding the company’s standards and procedures to
the highest possible level in every aspect of the restaurant operations.
Responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant’s operations while
under the direction of the management crew. Shift leaders will adhere
to the management demeanor and dress policies.
Hired by special service organizations for the disabled to meet the needs
of our customers during the busy lunch period. Employee of our
customers. Responsible for bussing, wiping tables, restocking, sweeping,
getting napkins and utensils for customers already seated, and any other
duties specified by the particular store.
