  1. Switch to Notes Page view, and then on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click the
    Header & Footer button.
    The Header And Footer dialog box opens with the Notes And Handouts page
    displayed.


On the Notes And Handouts page, you can insert a header and a footer.


  1. Select the Date and Time check box, and then click Fixed.

  2. Select the Header check box, and then in the text box, type Harmony in Your
    Home.

  3. Select the Footer check box, and then in the text box, type Wide World
    Importers.

  4. Click Apply to All.


The notes page reflects your specifications.


  1. Switch to Normal view, and then display the Print page of the Backstage view.

  2. On the Print page, under Settings, click Full Page Slides, and then click Notes
    Pages.
