you need to do?
■ Give three examples of how you’ve used mental rehearsal to help you
cope with difficult situations. What were the outcomes? What
further use could you make of the technique? How could you do it
better next time?
■ Whom did you choose to model? How is it going? What have you
gained?
■ In Confidence Builder 91, you decided to become an expert in
something. What did you choose? How much time and thought have
you given it? What progress have you made? Keep working on it.
■ How are you getting on with your chosen hobbies (Example 133)?
■ How’s your physical self-image improvement programme going? Are
you sticking at it? What more do you need to do?
