Relax and let your imagination run wild. Imagine you quit your job at
the end of the month.

■ What would happen next?
■ What effect would it have on your life?
■ What will you do?
■ What would you like to do? Imagine it becoming reality.

Write down anything significant that comes to mind.

Spend a day doing exactlywhat you want to do. Don’t compromise.
Throughout the day ask, ‘What would I like to do right now?’ and do
it. Keep checking that you’re doing exactly what you want.

Do something you enjoy, just for you, every day, something that
inspires you and makes you feel good. If it involves taking a measured
risk, so much the better!

If your risk requires you to learn new skills, practise them thoroughly. If
it involves doing something with others or in front of them, you’ll soon
discover that once you’ve mastered them in private you’ll have plenty of
confidence to display your skills in front of others.
