things that come to mind. You see, you’ve had your moments.
Acknowledge allyour past achievements, however trivial they seem.

This exercise is best done when you are in a relaxed frame of mind. Let
your thoughts wander back to a time when you felt really confident
(everyone hasat leastone). Where were you, and with whom? What
happened? Run the events through in your mind – ‘see’, ‘hear’, ‘feel’,
relive them as if they were happening all over again.
You don’t necessarily have to imaginewhat it’s like to be confident.
You already know!
