powder. It’s not the same.
Sometimes you can find this labeled as “stewing beef.” Cut into
1-inch cubes.
At this point, you can set the pan aside, leave it covered, and
allow the flavors to develop before you serve it an hour or two
later. You could even make it a day ahead, refrigerate it, and
reheat it the next day.
