cookie sheet, place the pizza in the oven.


Bake the pizza for approximately 10 minutes*, until the cheese
is brown and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and slice into wedges or squares (a pizza
cutter is handy for this). Drizzle with excellent olive oil, and eat it
hot!


* It helps here to have an oven with a window because you don’t
want to let heat out as you check the pizza. Time it so that if
you do have to open the oven, you do it toward the end of
cooking rather than at the beginning.
