mix and analysis of various components, which cannot be done by manually. It
impacts on the productivity as well as power and fuel consumption. Hence it is
strongly recommended that all cement plant should go with robo lab with auto
sampling system, which includes offline / online particle size analyzer, XRD / XRF,
hot meal and free lime sampler. With the robo lab, its provide the 14 samples per
hour analysis, which give more accuracy than manual sampling, which is taken
one sample every two hours.
