2.9 Conclusion
- The selection of lime stone crusher depends on the physical property of the
local available lime stone i.e. hardness, abrasiveness, moisture content, clay,
stickiness & output size requirement. - Crusher selection also to be based on above evaluation considering, operating
& maintenance and civil cost. - For Higher moisture material sizer to be recommended.
- For Roller press application Hammer crusher strongly recommended on account
of size control and low maintenance cost. - In case of double impactor crusher, stray pieces’ issue, which gone into feed
and impact roller press output. Due to impact action dust nuisance is much more in
impactor. There is no major difference in Civil cost in all the suppliers.
