2.4.1 Blending Silo:
With pre mill feed homogenization with cross belt analyzers in circuits, uniform
quality of the raw material can be fed to mill. Better design of raw material hoppers,
chutes and mill feeding systems increases the availability of the mill. With better
preventive and predictive maintenance program, the breakdown of the mill system
can be minimized or zero breakdowns can be achieved.
