4.3 Conclusion
It is seen from the above table that the overall cost of the pre-fabricated shed
is higher than the readymade tubular section structure. The site fabricated
shed is costly as compared to prefabricated, also quality is better in shop
fabricated.

It is better to go for readymade tubular structure to cover the raw material stock
piles due to various advantages mentioned above. It is easy to erect with low
capacity cranes.
