de Biosfera de la UNESCO, el yacimiento más rico del mundo en

flora y fauna pues en una sola hectárea de terreno viven: 644

especies de árboles, igual cantidad que en toda América del Norte;

567 especies de aves, igual número que en todo el territorio de

Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, además de otras especies que

todavía no han sido clasificadas.
