  • Qiang Huo Radix Notopterygi expels Wind-Damp and enters the Bladder channel of the
    shoulders and neck. It is indicated for headaches from deficiency of Kidney-Yang.

  • Du Zhong Radix Eucommiae ulmoidis tonifies the Kidneys and expels Wind-Damp from
    the Bladder channel. Indicated for headaches from deficiency of Kidney-Yang.

  • Yu Zhu Rhizoma Polygonati odorati nourishes Stomach-Yin. In addition, it extinguishes
    Wind and softens and relaxes the sinews. It would therefore help headaches from
