  • Qin Jiao, Di Long, Lao Guan Cao and Feng Fang expel Wind-Dampness, expel Wind
    and remove obstructions from the channels.

  • Xu Duan tonifies the Kidneys and benefits bones.

  • Niu Xi moves Blood.

  • Hong Zao harmonizes.


Variations



  • If there are Cold symptoms add Gui Zhi Ramulus Cinnamomi cassiae.

  • If there are Heat symptoms add Huang Qin Radix Scutellariae baicalensis.

  • If there is contraction of tendons add more insects or animal substances such as Jiang
    Can Bombyx batryticatus or Can Sha Excrementum Bombycis mori.
