Explanation
This remedy releases the Exterior, expels Wind-Cold and restores the dispersing and descending
of Lung-Qi. It is particularly indicated if there is a cough and frequent sneezing with a profuse
white nasal discharge.
Pills or tablets which release the Exterior and expel Wind are more effective if taken with freshly
boiled fresh ginger.
