Explanation

This remedy is based on the above decoction Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang with similar indications. It
clears Lung-Heat and restores the descending of Lung-Qi. It is therefore suitable to treat cough,
breathlessness, chest pain and fever following an invasion of Wind.

Compared to the previous remedy, it is better at treating cough.
