If a person is particularly prone to colds and flu due to a deficiency of the Defensive Qi, one can
tonify, with moxa, the following points:
- BL-12 Fengmen, BL-13 Feishu, Du-12 Shenzhu and ST-36 Zusanli.
This treatment should be given three times a week for a month and the best time to administer it
is between the middle of August and middle of September.
