Clinical Manifestations
Sweating, pale face, weak voice, prone to catching colds, sneezing, runny nose, shortness of
breath, attacks of asthma elicited by pollen or dust, allergic rhinitis.
Pulse: Empty.
Explanation
- Huang Qi tonifies Lung-Qi and consolidates the Exterior.
- Fang Feng expels Wind and, in combination with Huang Qi, consolidates the Exterior to
prevent invasion of Wind. - Bai Zhu helps Huang Qi to tonify Lung-Qi.
