Explanation
- BL-15, Back-Transporting point of the Heart, tonifies the Heart.
- BL-44 tonifies the Heart and calms the Mind.
- Ren-14, Front-Collecting point of the Heart, and HE-7 calm the Mind.
- HE-6 nourishes Heart-Yin.
- P-7 strongly calms the Mind and would be needled in cases of severe anxiety.
- Ren-15 strongly calms the Mind and relieves anxiety.
- Ren-4 nourishes Yin and calms the Mind. It nourishes Kidney-Yin which is often at the
basis of Heart-Yin deficiency. - ST-36 nourishes Stomach-Yin.
- SP-6 nourishes Yin and calms the Mind.
