  • In case of dry skin add: Shou Wu Radix Polygoni multiflori

  • In case of blurred vision add: Gou Qi Zi Fructus Lycii chinensis.

Explanation


This very well-known pill tonifies Qi and Blood in general. In particular, it nourishes
Liver-Blood and it is used in any gynaecological problem from Blood deficiency. In men, it can
be used for chronic rheumatic pains occurring against a background of Blood deficiency.


The tongue presentation appropriate to this remedy is a Pale and Thin body.


Spleen-Blood Deficiency


Clinical Manifestations


Tiredness, loose stools, dull-pale complexion, poor appetite, pale lips, desire to lie down, slight
palpitations.


Tongue: Pale, slightly Thin with teethmarks.


Pulse: Weak or Fine.
