2. Select and format the range.
   Now go to cell D8, left-click and drag right and down to cell F10. You
   should have nine cells highlighted. While they are still highlighted, right-
   click and select Format Cells. You will make several changes to the cell for-
   mat.

a. Click on the Border tab; from Presets, select Outline and Inside.

b. Click on the Alignment tab, and set both Horizontal and Vertical Text

Alignment to Center.
