b. Now, click on cell C11 and copy (Ctrl+C). Click on cell G11. From the
drop down menus, select Edit, Paste Special. From the dialog box, click
on Formats and click OK. The font in cell G11 should now match cell
C11 for size and color.


  1. Add a title block to the worksheet.
    Move your cursor to the line between rows 1 and 2 on the extreme left until
    it changes into a plus sign with arrows on the vertical line. Left-click and
    slowly pull down until the height is 36.

  2. Format the title block cells and enter text.
    Go to cell C1, left-click and drag to the right to cell G1.


a. Right-click and select Format Cells. Select the Alignment tab. Under
Text Alignment, select Center for both Horizontal and Vertical. Under
Text Control, select Merge Cells.
