2. Format cells.
   Move your cursor to cell A1. Left-click and drag to the right and down to
   cell E5 and let go. All the cells should be gray. Press Ctrl+1 to go to the
   Format Cell dialog box, where you will make several changes to cell format.

a. Click on the Alignment tab. Under Text alignment, change Horizontal

and Vertical to Center.

b. Click on the Font tab. Change Font to Wingdings and Size to 20.

c. Click on the Border tab. Under Presets, click on Outline and Inside.

d. Click on the Patterns tab. Under Color, choose a pale pastel from the

bottom row, such as green, by clicking on the color square. Click OK at

the bottom to exit.
