21. Optional: Make your file read-only.
    To completely protect your file, you may want to mark it as Read-only. This
    is not that difficult.

a. Open up the folder where you saved your file. Locate this file and right

click on it. Click on the word Properties that appears at the bottom of

the list.

b. Next to the word Attributes, you will see an empty box next to the word

Read-only. Click on that box, and then click OK to exit.

Now, if someone accidentally tries to save changes to this file, Excel will

prompt the user to use a new file name so that the original file will not

be overwritten with changes made to it.
