The Husbands Respect

Thedesireforrespectisaninherentone,butnot everyoneiswillingto
giveitreadily.YourhusbandIsincontactwithmanypeopleduringthe
day whileaway from home. Some may be impolite andinsulting him
which eventually can upsetthe person. Ashis wife,heexpects youto
show respect and encouragement at home and thereby boost his
trampled ego.

To honour and respect your husband does not belittle you, but it
provides energyand inclination to struggle to make a better life. You
shouldalwaysgreethim,andwithyour greeting,give himafeelingof
veneration.Do notinterrupt himwhenheis talking.Becourteous and
polite when youare talking to him anddo not shout athim. Let him
enterfirstwhenbothofyouaregoingtoameeting.Praisehiminfrontof
others.Askyourchildrentorespecthimandreprimandthemiftheyare
discourteoustowardshim.Berespectfulofhiminfrontofguestsandbe
attentive to his needs, as well as the guests.

Whenheisknockingatthedooryoushouldtrytoopenthedoorwith
asmileandahappyexpression.Thissmallactofhappinesshassuchan
effectthat it refreshesthe man's tired spirits. Somewomen may think
thatsuchbehaviouris strange.Imaginegreetingyour husbandasifhe
wasaguest. Thisis not thecorrect attitude because the manhasbeen
strugglingall the day forthe well-beingof hisfamily andhedeserves
someconsiderationandrespectwhenhereturnshome.Thatfirstgreet-
ingmakesabigimpressionandwhat'sgoodforaguestisgoodforthe
family members.
