Pleasant Dispositions

Anyonewhoisgood-naturedwithapleasantdispositionwouldalsoface
the hardshipsand problems of lifein the same manner. These are the
kinds of personality that people are attracted to and continually seek.
Thepleasantdisposition andattitude ofaperson wouldbe immuneto
psychological disorders since their outlookto lifeis to overcometheir
hardshipsinthebestfeasiblemanner.ImamSadiq(AS)stated:'Nolifeis
more agreeable than the one which is of a pleasant nature'.

Butanill-naturedperson would likewisefind lifeunpleasant sincethe
relationshipofsuchpeoplepromoteanxietyandtension.Suchaperson
enjoyscomplainingandvoicingone's dissonancewithlife.Thistypeof
attitude is avoided bymost people whereby the person ends up with
veryfewfriends.Thesearethentheconditionswhicharesusceptibleto
variouspsychological problems,and otherillnessesdue to the anxiety
and emptiness with which the person with a bad attitude views life.

Agoodandpleasantattitudeisessentialbetweenallpeopleingeneral
andbetweencouplesin particularsincethecouple mustbe togetherto
form a joint life.
