Accept His Management

Everyinstitution,factory,andorganisationneedsaresponsiblemanager.
Inanysociologicalunitandorganisation,co-operationbetweenthestaff
isimportant.However,runningtheaffairsofsuchaunitneedsaman-
ager who can co-ordinate the duties.

Oneof theveryimportantsocialunitsisthe'family'.Runningtheaf-
fairsofthisunitisveryvitalanddifficult.Undoubtedly,theremustbea
deepunderstanding,andco-operationamongthe membersofafamily,
buttheremustalsobeamanagerwhocanactresponsiblywithregardto
thefamilymatters,Needlesstosay,ifafamilydoesnot enjoyaperson
whocanorganiseothersitwouldsufferfromdisorderandchaos.Thus,
eitherthehusbandmustactasthedirectorandthewifefollows,orvice
versa.

However,sincethelogicalaspectofmenisdominantovertheiremo-
tional aspect, they can be better managers.

The Almighty Allah states in the Holy Qur'an:
"MenarethemaintainernersofwomenbecauseAllahhasmadesome
ofthemtoexcelothersandbecausetheyspendouroftheirmoney:The
good women are therefore obedient... (4:34)."

Thusitisintheinterestofthemembersofafamilytoregardtheman
astheirguardianandthe onein charge,andtoseekhissupervisionin
their deeds.

However,oneshouldnotconcludethatthe statusofawomaninthe
houseisbelittled,butitisafactthatmaintainingtheorderanddiscipline
inthehouserequiresthemanagementofthehusband.Womenwhocan
think without being biased, would confirm this act.
