kick. Then he puts down his kicking foot in front of him,
following up with a knee kick from the rear and at the
same time pulling in the trainer.
As an alternate change of stance prior to the kick, you
can also place your rear leg on the ɻoor in front of you.
This maneuver is particularly useful if your opponent is
moving back.
