Sample Eight-Week Training Program for
Competition
This program shows how advanced Thai boxers set out a
plan for an eight-week training cycle to prepare for a
competition. This plan should only be viewed as a basic
example, since individual factors, such as the need to lose
weight before a ɹght, for example, aren’t taken into
consideration.
