4.2A 'One' and 'you'
The moment you get into the mountains, you are on
your own. You have to rely on yourself i or everything.
This means you have to carry all your own food,
though, of course, you can get pure drinking water
from mountain streams. You won't see any local
people for days at a time, so you can't get help if
you're lost. You have to do your best to find sheltered
places to spend the night.
