LOOKS LIKE TROUBLE
Stress is any type of action or situation that places conflicting or heavy
demands upon a person. Stress is any situation that chronically irritates or
upsets a person. Do these two definitions sound like a typical day at work to
you? Or a typical day at home? Or both? If so, you may need to focus your
emotional faculties on getting on top of the stress mess.
Author H. Norman Wright, in his book, Helping People in Crisis and
Stress, writes that there are three elements in stress: the environment, the
