Salicylate:Aspirin is acetyl saliciylate and is metabolized to salicylic acid.

Thiazide:Sulphur containing heterocyclic ring, the structure of thiazide diuretics.

Xanthene:Methylxanthenes are important phosphodiesterase inhibitors, e.g.
aminophylline.

Xylidine:2,6 bismethylaminobenzene. Xylides are metabolites of many amide
anaesthetics. Lidocaine is metabolized to MEGX, monoethylglycinexylide.
