HOW TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED(WHEN YOU NEED IT)

Our goal is to provide just-in-time assistance for typical leadership concerns.

Leadership tools have been gathered into 15 sections. Within each section, leadership tools

have been arranged from general to specific. You may wish to browse an entire section to find

precisely what you need, or just browse the expanded table of contents.

WHY THIS BOOK?

changing more rapidly. Moore’s Law has microprocessors doubling in performance every 18

months. The information age seems to be verging on the chaos age. Even slogans are getting

shorter!

Our response: “We’ve done your homework!” We’ve summarized over 130 of the most use-

ful leadership tools, and we present them here in an easy-to-use format. We have highlighted

core ideas of leadership—both classic and modern—and made it easy for you to apply them.

Like a dictionary, this is a reference you can leave at hand, ready to use, with models and ideas

for most of your leadership needs and questions.
