deposit. TheTrusteesmay then re-advertise and resellthe property at the
risk and expenseof the defaultingpurchaser or may avail themselvesof
any legal or equitable remedies againstthe defaultingpurchaserwithout
reselling the property. In the eventof aresale,the defaultingpurchaser
shall not be entitledto receivethe surplus,ifany,even if such surplus
