  1. Explore Anxiety-Producing Situations in School


The following are common thoughts and worries expressed by
individuals who have test anxiety (Smith, 1982, p. 179). Check those
with which you can identify the most and then add additional
thoughts in the empty spaces provided. Compare your thoughts and
worries with those of other students in your class. Finally, discuss
strategies you can use to deal with your negative thoughts.
