Weekly Priority Tasks List
This form allows you to make a “to do” list for all the tasks that
could or should be done during the week, based on your goals. Each
week you will decide on the priority of each task and determine its

weekly priority tasks list where A identifies the most important tasks
to be completed, B identifies tasks needed to be completed only after
the A tasks are completed, and C identifies tasks to be completed only
after A and B tasks are completed. The number next to each letter
further prioritizes the importance of each of the A, B, and C tasks.
