Select an exam you recently took and use the criteria presented in the
chapter for conducting an error analysis for objective and essay ques-
tions. Use the format in the following chart to categorize your errors,
write a brief analysis of the data you collected, explain what you
learned from the analysis, and describe what steps you can take to
improve your exam performance. The actual number of rows in your
