Once you select the strategies you will use to reduce you prob-
lem and meet your intermediate goal, you will need to develop an
action plan. This action plan should include the time frame for your
study and should discuss (a) the strategies you plan to use, (b) when
you plan to use each strategy, and (c) the method(s) you plan to
use to record your progress. For example, if your intermediate goal
is βto obtain at least a B on the rest of the quizzes in your biol-
ogy course,β you may develop a strategic action plan similar to the
