HIS VENEER PRESS IS EASILYmade with a scissors-type auto jack
and any available lumber. Hinge the arm of the press to a plate
that you’ve attached to the shop ceiling joists. Use a sleeve in the arm
to allow different-length lower posts to be inserted, depending on the
veneering job at hand.
