DON’T WAIT FOR THE BIG IDEA

Author Jim Collins points out that
great companies like Walt Disney and
Hewlett Packard didn’t start out with
a single great idea. Their creators
worked on one idea after another until

out an endless stream of new ideas. If
they had spent their time waiting for
the one perfect idea instead of acting
on their many reasonable ideas, these
legendary companies would have never
succeeded as they did.
Stop waiting for a big idea to launch
you. Kick into action and trust that
the organized time you’re spending on
routine ideas will set the stage for big
ones.
