HOW TO USE THIS BOOK
If the bookmarks do not open automatically when you open
the book, simply click on Bookmarks to help you navigate
around the book.
Use the Bookmarks to take you to the Table of Contents,
Index, Photo Index etc.
Once you get to where you need to be example the “A”
section of the Table of Contents, scroll down and find the
Ailment the you wish to look up, click on the ailment and you
will be taken to that page.
When you have finished with that ailment, just use the
Bookmarks to take you where you wish to go next. It is just
like using a normal printed book except that you can see the
Bookmarks continually and all you need do is click on what
you want instead of turning pages.
If you want to search for a particular crystal for example just
use the search function, and you will get a list of where the
crystal or whatever you want appears in the book, just click
on the side panel to be taken to the page.
