Peter Drummond-Hayis a managing director at Russell Reynolds
Associates. He serves clients in professional services and conducts
partner-level and firm leadership assignments for consulting firms
and other professional service clients. He also leads senior manage-
ment and board searches in other industries and oversees the firm’s
activities in Canada and Latin America and its executive assess-
ment program. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in the
early 1980s, Drummond-Hay was with the London-based merchant
bank Arbuthnot Latham, where he served as director and senior
vice president of Arbuthnot Export Services Inc. Previously, he

Barbara G. Saidelis a managing director at Russell Reynolds Asso-
ciates, the international executive search and assessment firm,
where she directs the global information systems, knowledge man-
agement, and research functions. Prior to joining the firm in 1994,
Saidel was chief financial officer of the law firm Coudert Brothers in
New York. Previously, she was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett
and earlier was vice president for operations and information ser-
vices at First Boston Corporation. She also worked at Arthur Young
& Company as a consultant and in retail operations management.
She is a certified public accountant. She is coauthor, with Don
Cohen, of The Power of Social Capital,and she frequently speaks on
knowledge management issues in professional service firms.
