person with "charisma" or "good energy" is someone we are
drawn to. That is a reaction, an inherent sensitivity that we
all have toward the spirit bodies or energy fields of others.
As we mentioned, these frequencies and their fluctuations
are also read as color. A person in a deep depression is
slowed down and blocked. Tlius the spirit body is of a thicker
density and may read as dark brown or even black. People
might say that the person is in a black mood. An angry per-
son is riled up and that somewhat higher frequency reads as
red. We say that the person sees red. We say a healthy per-
son glows and that state reflects the much higher frequencies
of bright blue, gold, or white. Shamans would say that the
color of the spirit body reflects the power received and
stored there. When people reflect a dense and dark color, it
indicates the little power they have been able to access from
the web of power. The more brilliant and light the color of
the spirit body, the more power has been received and stored
in the spirit body.
Maria worked at a hot springs resort in Northern Cali-
fornia during her breaks and vacations from college. This
gave her the opportunity to observe a great many people,
and it was always interesting for her to watch their inter-
actions as they relaxed in the crowded pools. She was
particularly struck by a rather large woman who spoke
with a thick Scandinavian accent. Although this woman
spoke very little, each time she entered the hot pool, the
people would clear out within a few minutes of her arrival,
leaving her with the pool to herself. The other hot pools
would absorb the defectors. When Maria closed her eyes
and looked at her using her inner shamanic vision, she
saw the reason why. This woman had an extremely dark
and dense cloud around her chest and solar plexus. Al-
though she was pleasant to look at physically, she had a
most unattractive covering to her spirit body. Each time
she left the pool she would look a bit lighter, only to return
in a few days once again carrying the density.
Interestingly, a thin and balding older man produced
almost entirely the opposite effect. Although he also was
quiet and unobtrusive, whenever he came to the pool
people would flock to it, apparently just to be near him.
When Maria looked at his spirit body with her shamanic
sight, she saw that he positively glowed with health and
vibrant color.
