Analyze Estimated Frequency Response

When you perform frequency response estimation, you can analyze the result by

examining the raw simulated response and the FFT used to convert it to an estimated

frequency response. To do so, use the Diagnostic viewer (in Linear Analysis Tool) or the

Simulation Results Viewer (at the MATLAB command line).

Use the Diagnostic Viewer to analyze the results of your frequency response estimation,

obtained by performing the steps in “Estimate Frequency Response Using Linear Analysis

Tool” on page 5-7, with the extra step of activating the Diagnostic Viewer before

performing estimation. To do so, in the Estimation tab, select Diagnostic Viewer.

Then, perform the estimation. The Diagnostic Viewer appears in the plot pane.
