of gothic and modernist architecture, lively
nightlife, laid-back beach culture, independent
boutiques and endless sunshine have clearly
been the stuff of your lockdown daydreams.
From the heady heights of the Sagrada Familia
and the cocktail bars of El Born to the buzzing
brunch spots in Gràcia and beachfront
xiringuitos (bars selling drinks and tapas) of
La Barceloneta, the Spanish city has it all for a
superlative short-haul getaway.
