You should hold yarn A, the weaving yarn, in your right hand, English style, and
yarn B, the working yarn, in your left hand, Continental style.

1 Insert the right needle into the next stitch on the left needle. Wrap yarn A
around the right needle as you would to knit; then wrap yarn B around the
right needle as you would to knit.

2 Bring yarn A back off the right needle to where it came from, leaving yarn B
wrapped around the right needle, ready to be knit.

3 Knit the stitch.
