FINISHING
1 Attach sleeves: With RS together and shoulder seams centered, pin
sleeve caps to armholes. Backstitch in place (see page 141).
2 Weave in ends, except those that can be used to sew sleeve and side
seams later.
3 Lightly steam entire sweater on WS, including seams, to block.
4 Sew side and sleeve seams. (See pages 140–143 for more information.)
5 Lightly steam again.
6 Sew buttons opposite buttonholes with matching yarn or thread.
