Mini Tote Bag.


You can make any number of
purses and bags like this one by simply
making rectangles in various stitch
patterns, sewing them together, and
attaching handles. This particular
bag is worked in stitch patterns that
lie flat. The pieces are then simply
whipstitched together.


SIZE
81 ⁄ 2 inches wide x 4 inches deep x 5^1 ⁄ 4 inches high, not
including handles


MATERIALS
1 ball each Muench Yarns/GGH Via Mala(100% merino
wool, 73 yards/50g ball) in blue-green #42 (A), brown #20
(B), and gold #34 (C)


Size 11 (8mm) needles


Size 10 (6mm) needles


Tapestry needle


Size J (6mm) crochet hook


One 1-inchbutton to match C


GAUGE
12 stitches and 20 rows over stockinette stitch on size 10
(6mm) needles
