takeoutthe interior. Washthepigeonsand
rub insideandoutwithsalt. Placeinabowl
withthecutsideontop.
(c) Fillthepigeons withthebird-nestand
primary soup. Steam for 2i/^ hours in a
double-boiler.
(d) Nowtransferintoalargerbowlbyput-
tingthetwobowlsmouthtomouth.
