1 cupChineseroastpork
(a) Breaktheeggsintoa bowl. Beatwell
withoilandsalt. Havealowfire. Oilpan.
Placeintoit 1 tablespoonfulwellbeatenegg.
Takeholdofthepanandlettheeggrunover
thesurfaceofthepan. Alayerofeggwillbe
formed.
(&) Remove the skin from the pike and
take outthebones. Grind themeatthrough
afinegrinderseveral times,or poundwitha
hammerasfineaspossible. Beatwellfor%
hourwithsaltanda smallamountofoil.
(c) CuttheChinesehamand porkintodice.
Mix well with the remaining egg, the pike,
andthepeanuts.
{d) Roll this mixture into the egg layer.
